Ahead of the upgrade to ONPointe, we will be updating our ACH Notice of Change (NOC) and Notice of Return (NOR) to better serve your business needs.

To help make the transition to ONPointe as seamless as possible, please request all of your BankConnect Plus users to log in to BankConnect Plus no later than December 31, 2018. Click the Update My Email Address link found on the homepage’s Bank Messages box.
To better serve your business needs, we are in the process of replacing BankConnect Plus with a new corporate online banking suite, ONPointe. Part of this upgrade will be a new Check Positive Pay System which will reduce exceptions and improve your process of reviewing exception items. With this new system, we will undergo an extra process to “scrub” your exception items to remove any errant exceptions.
In order to accommodate this process, starting October 30, we will begin delivering your exceptions to you by 10:30am ET / 9:30am CT. Please note this is later than you receive them today. However, we will give you more time to provide us with your decisions by extending the deadline to 1pm ET / Noon CT.
Look for additional communication from us in late 2018 and early 2019 about ONPointe!
We are pleased to announce an exciting new addition to our BankConnect Plus platform: foreign exchange transaction capabilities! ONB FX Online Banking offers a secure, online foreign exchange payments tool with access to real-time foreign exchange rates for making foreign currency denominated payments. It can reduce the time and effort needed to initiate and make payments for foreign exchange transactions. You will be able to make payments from your ONB US dollar accounts as well as enter all payment information online for quick and efficient processing.

The new version of mobile token app is now available in the Apple app store. Current users of the mobile token app will just need to allow the app to update. This may require you to be on wifi to receive the update. No need to uninstall and reinstall the app. This version (Version 2.0) is the only version compatible with the new iOS11. It is backward compatible to prior iOS versions. Please contact the Treasury Management Support if you have any questions.
As of Friday, September 15, 2017, the delay between a debit transaction and the money clearing your account went away as same-day ACH was implemented nationwide. For additional information, visit: oldnational.com/ach
As of May 14th, 2017, end-user initiated password changes are now limited to one per day. Administrative resets are not be affected by this change, so if you change your password and then need to reset it again within the same day, please contact Treasury Management Support at 1-800-844-1720 option 1.
As of Friday, February 24th 2017, you are now able to see an extended portion of EDI data that may have been sent along with an ACH Payment you have received. The first 80 characters of the addenda will appear in your standard information reporting “Statement Report”. This will allow you to view more of a description of the item received. **If you need FULL EDI reporting, you will still continue to use Payment Manager**
Please remember to click the “DETAIL” box in your report criteria selections before running the report so you will be able to view the detailed description.

You've been asking for them...and now they are here. During the week of August 15th, Old National implemented new and improved electronic statements available through BankConnect. These PDF statements provide a clean, clear statement that is easily printed and saved.
Treasury Management clients that received their electronic statements via Reporting - Special Reports will now see their statement via the ONLINE STATEMENTS link in the left navigation. These new statements will be available as far back as November 2015 and will continue to accumulate over time. You will stop seeing NEW monthly statements in Reporting - Special Reports. The BankConnect Online Statements Reference Guide has been created to assist in the transition to the new eStatements. Note: Statements will be available within 24 hours of when your statement cycles.
If you don't currently receive eStatements and would like to start, contact your Treasury Management sales professional to discuss your options.
Old National takes your online security seriously. During the week of August 8th, we added another layer of security. If you've accessed BankConnect in the past two months, you have already registered your security questions. The next step in the process is for our new enhanced security monitoring system to start monitoring your user profile for unusual behavior. Token authentication will continue to be used EITHER at log in OR at wire and ACH batch release.
